2. Scarcity - There are only 500 available. All are priced at $49. That's $25K for a 5 second video.

3. Sold out - That one TikTok sold out the whole collection.

1. Time delay - How can you get the customer to the magic moment as fast as possible? Time the process and keep iterating until it’s true.
   
   E.g. This is what Amazon Prime was built on → Next day delivery
   
   And its new competitor Instashop has taken this to another level → Same-day delivery.
   
   

2. Effort & Sacrifice - How can you reduce the amount of effort it takes?
   
   E.g. Amazon had a patent on the one-click checkout until 2019
   
   They had a monopoly on reduced effort and sacrifice.

Here’s the top 10:

1. South Africa - 22.56%

2. Brazil - 22.37%

3. Phillipines - 21.91%

4. Colombia - 20.85%

5. Chile - 20.8%

6. Mexico - 20.06%

7. Indonesia - 19.71%

8. Argentina - 19.39%

9. Saudi Arabia - 17.60%

10. Turkey - 17.21%

🔌 Plug takeaways:

1. South America is BOOMING - 50% of the list is South America. The benefit is that 4/5 speak Spanish - so you can scale to all locations at once without having to translate languages (Keep in mind Brazilians speak Portuguese)
   
   Mr. Beast is dubbing himself for all of these locations. This will become a bigger trend in the next 2-3 years.
