    Zuck says they get shared 2 billion times… every day.


  2. AI is the PRIORITY

    After bragging about Reels, he goes straight into this:

    “A key theme I want to discuss today is AI… There are 2 major technological waves driving our roadmap - a huge AI wave today and building a metaverse vision for the future.”

    Wow.

    He’s basically put AI before the Metaverse publically. 

    At least in the short term.


  3. Business messaging is another big focus

    “The number of businesses using our other business massaging service - paid messaging on WhatsApp — has grown by 40% quarter over quarter.”

  4. AI agents coming to WhatsApp and Messenger

    He says in the near future, tens of millions of small businesses are going to have AI agents acting on their behalf

    Via WhatsApp and Messenger.

    🔌 Plug prediction: This could be the next big marketing wave.

    Ads that go directly into WhatsApp and Messenger — and the AI model sells the person on the product live in real-time.

    It also means they can get around the iOS problems.

Refine Labs just posted some wild data on employee posts vs. company posts.

What was it?

The employees of the company get 404% more engagement than the company’s posts.

🔌 How can you use this?

It’s a fine balance.

Forcing employees to post publicly about your company is very cringe.

However, the data speaks for itself.
